Lovely host, couldn't fault it at all. Delicious home cooked breakfast. Very comfortable room and very welcoming. Great location for the Eastbourne tennis tournament. Fresh milk daily and biscuits. 

Would thoroughly recommend for a short break.

A stunning venue right on the beachfront. The atmosphere is so warm and the hosts are delightful and very accommodating. The bedrooms are a great size and spotless, all with ensuites. 

They have this fantastic, cozy reading nook plus a bar and a first-rate lounge. Don't forget the Breakfast - such a treat! I highly recommend it.

This lovely quaint hotel is situated only steps from the beach. Room was very clean when we checked in. Bed & bedding was very comfortable. A small fridge was a nice surprise to keep some wine cold. Room comes with thoughtful amenities such as biscuits, chocolate on pillow, milk for tea. The breakfast was very tasty with several options. 

Owners were friendly, interactive, & helpful. I would recommend this property if in the Eastbourne area.

This little piece of heaven was amazing. We stayed in Room 1. It was immaculate and the beds were soft, comfortable and the toiletries were gorgeous. The breakfast was so plentiful and everything was of the highest standard and hot.

The pancakes were the best and the fruit bowls were delicious. Be warned, the portions are man sized! The hosts are the loveliest and friendliest and literally nothing is too much. We are even planning our next visit now. 

This deserves the rating we are giving it. Just to mention the young ladies who served us for breakfast were AMAZING too. They all make a great team which makes for a great stay!

We highly recommend this beautiful Bed and Breakfast.

Truly brilliant this place, I am only frightened if I recommend it too much I will never be able to book it again. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, lovely warm friendly hosts! Don't stay anywhere else, it's a short walk from all  acilities, 5 minutes from the pier, ten minutes walk from shops. It's on a high frequency bus route 101 to Hastings via Bexhill. 

Short walk from the open top bus that gives you a tour of Eastbourne and goes to Beachy Head which is beautiful!

Hospitality at its finest, our hosts made us feel like this was our own home , the whole place with spotlessly clean , breakfast was great value for money with good quality ingredients , very comfy beds , lovely little bar area and dining area also.
